How to present a petition to a television company?

I have a petition going to get a marathon of Tower Prep on cartoon
network so that the company can see the ratings and order a second
season. So far the show's comeback is undecided. After I get enough
signatures, how do I go about sending it to the company? I have never
done anything like this before.
